All 3 teams go to Worlds 2014

Team 569A – After 10 qualifying matches they were 8-2 and finished 11th out of 86 teams in their
division. They moved on to the playoffs (only 24 teams do so) as the 8th seeded alliance
captain. Unfortunately they had to play the #1 seeded alliance in the quarterfinals and were
defeated. However they were not done. This team brought so much enthusiasm and energy to their
division when they played that they were given the “Energy Award”. This is the first award we have won
at a World Championship tournament (besides the championship trophy).

Team 569B – After 10 qualifying matches they were 7-3 and finished 13th out of 86 teams in their
division. Unfortunately they were not selected for the playoffs. This was the only disappointment of the entire tournament! This team had a great robot and played extremely well, but were unfortunately overlooked during the alliance selection process.

Team 569C – After 10 qualifying matches they were 5-5 and finished in 36th out of 86 teams in their
division. Unfortunately they were not selected for the playoffs. This team had a great robot but had
some less than desirable alliance partners, including one team who was disqualified for cheating. They
have absolutely nothing to hang their heads about and should be proud of all of their accomplishments
throughout the year. In the pics above Team C can be seen working on their robot in the pits, being
interviewed by the judges, and their robot scoring blue bucky balls in their goal.
